In the course of this memorable event the brand new sound proof audiology laboratory of the institute was equipped with 4 audiological test devices. The valuable and much needed equipment was handed over to the principal of The Proyash Institute, Colonel Sikder.
After the official part a training was organized for the ASLP students. World-renowned international experts: Prof. Artur Lorens from the World Hearing Center in Poland and
Prof Ranjith Rajeswaran from Madras ENT Research Foundation – Institute of Speech and Hearing, India – were specially invited to demonstrate the most effective ways of operating the devices.
These well-thought procedures are meant to assure that the devices donated to the Proyash Institute will guarantee a proper technical education of the students for this and next generations.
